Springvale Inn Assisted Living Services
We work hard to make sure we give your loved one everything they need to be comfortable, healthy, safe and happy. In addition to our robust offering of basic services, we also offer three Enriched Care packages designed to give them the additional care they need and help you manage costs.
- Functional health assessment upon admission and annually thereafter
- Individualized service plan upon admission and reviewed every six (6) months
- Resident must keep Health Service Coordinator informed of any medical appointments, changes in medications, and plans for outpatient procedures prior to appointments
- Daily reminders for personal care and activities of daily living as needed or requested
- 3 healthy meals per day provided restaurant-style in the main dining room
- Daily monitoring of meal consumption and monthly weight by Health Services Department
- Health promotion and wellness programs offered on-going throughout the year
- Encouragement of participation in activities and social programs
- VoiceCare Emergency Response System with call pendant
- Weekly housekeeping
- Weekly laundry
- Cable access
All basic services, plus:
- Assistance with up to two (2) baths/showers per week
- Escorts within Springvale Inn (to recreation and social programs, to and from meals), and to the adjacent retail center
- Coordination of medical appointments if requested/needed
All basic services, plus:
- Assistance with up to three (3) baths/showers per week
- Daily assistance with dressing, activities of daily living skills, and personal hygiene including oral care
- Escorts within Springvale Inn (to recreation and social programs, to and from meals), and to the adjacent retail center
- Coordination of medical appointments if requested/needed
- Assistance with transfers if requested/needed
- Daily bedmaking if requested/needed
- Daytime, evening, and nightly home health aide supervisory checks as requested/needed
- Laundry twice weekly if needed
